Biography

With more than sixteen years of talent acquisition experience, Regina has successfully led national and international executive search assignments. Back in year 2006 she started her career at Korn/Ferry where she was responsible for candidates sourcing, market and industry research since then as senior consultant has worked with organization leaders for their executives placement in services, natural resources, manufacturing and retail industries. Regina joined Indonesia’s largest palm oil producer Sinarmas for a period of six years which gave her the exposure to green-field hiring project to establish oleochemical production facility in Riau, during this tenure she also worked in executive search function looking after upstream, downstream, consumer goods. Prior to establishing KAGIT, Regina worked as General Manager Human Resources in Merdeka Copper Gold a mineral mining company under Saratoga Group where she was responsible for change management, hiring, people development and business partnering function.

Education

Regina graduated from her Bachelor degree in International Business, AIS St Helens New Zealand also Master in Human Resource Development from University of Manchester, United Kingdom
