Jeff Hyman in his Forbes article mentioned competencies and organization culture are important for people to commence their jobs however qualities of  top performers that drive the organization’s success are mandatory sought-after criteria from the candidates that are being considered and ultimately work for the organization, this called DNA Match. DNA manifests itself in how things get done, how everyone communicates, what’s expected, what’s unacceptable, what gets rewarded and what gets punished. Poor DNA matches are the number one reason why people become disengaged, dislike their bosses and ultimately fail at their jobs. Many hiring processes oversight this risking new hires to fail. 

While talent acquisition arena has changed rapidly & significantly over the years such as the speed of technological change brought by Industry 4.0 created a significant gap between current capability of employees and the rapidly evolving requirements of their roles and hence created new jobs that were not exist before. New created roles with short of talent supply creates war of talent and quite be an overwhelming process for a company to tackle the market competition and to deliver the acquisition in timely manner to support business.
